i was up until 4:30am last night. i woke up at 12pm then laid in bed until 1:30pm. 

i took a nap around 3pmish and woke up again at 6:30pm.

it was a pretty melancholy day, feeling down a bit.

ive been out of work since last friday. i hurt my back at work and found out i have degenerative disk disease (my spine is aging faster than the rest of me). i go back tomorrow for a 5 hour shift and i have to discuss with my manager what we do from here.

degenerating disks are a regular part of aging, however getting it at 21 years old, is not normal. :(

played a bit of tomodachi life and scrolled on tiktok. currently watching a live stream and hope to go to bed before 12am.
